As we seek meaningful approaches to living through these times and ways to strengthen our ground, learning a few simple mindfulness practices can make a fundamental difference in our sense of well-being. Living mindfully helps us develop our inner well-being and is crucial to flourishing.
Our community mindfulness sessions aim to deepen our ability to feel like we are living with an abiding sense of well-being, which is present even when we blow it, get anxious, or when we lose it.
These complimentary practices are open to anyone who would like to participate.
They run every Wednesday from 12-12:30pm
