BUILDING VIRTUAL TEAMS

Remote working is here to stay and in many cases employees have not had the opportunity to develop the usual relationships that support effective collaboration. Employers need to shift their focus to cultivating collaboration and communication in a new era of agility and adaptability and knowing teams' strengths and styles are key to creating synergy and success.
​
In these workshops, participants use the NOVA Profile as a backdrop to exploring personality styles, strengths, different ways of communicating and collaborating in virtual settings. Participants will learn how to build a shared understanding, negotiate outcomes, cultivate trust, understand blind spots, and work better together as a virtual team towards common goals.
​
This type of workshop requires a couple of sessions offered in blocks of 3 hours and the administration of the NOVA Profile as well as an individual debrief in advance of these sessions.

SOFT SKILLS FOR HARD TIMES
​
Effective communicators are generally considered to be successful people. They know how to recognize and master the emotions that emerge in them; they lead with empathy and criticize with skill; they are able to maintain good relations with everyone; they are resilient and optimistic. In other words, they embody emotional intelligence. In this workshop, along with preparatory and follow-up sessions, learn about competencies that influence productivity, decreased employee turnover, and increased efficiency to increase work satisfaction, create trust, and foster organizational commitment and loyalty.

IMPACTFUL CONVERSATIONS
​
Almost every day, we have to face difficult discussions with employees, managers, suppliers, customers. These days, the pandemic just seems to add another element of complexity. Despite the fact that you are sure you are right, they do not understand, or do not want to understand. However, they think the same of you. What if you were wrong? Or what if you both were right but for different reasons? What if the discussion isn't about being right or wrong at all? In this workshop, learn how to prepare and influence difficult conversations while keeping your power.

This workshop uses the Enneagram RHETI as a backdrop for participants to start taking a deeper dive into their orienting style. Participants are asked to complete work in advance to start working with the tool.
